Must be the online version cause its not in the Printed Published version. but they said it would be a free update to the printed version on their message board. that would include reprinted corrections and omitted maps and tables.

Can anyone confirm they released a updated printed version yet?

At present there is no update to the Guild Wars Guide. That was one of my biggest dissapointments when buying the guide

i would also like to form a group to do a minimap-map job out of SF because there is really no "map"

Since Mooman's having quite a bit of trouble getting new hosting (not to mention schoolwork getting in the way), I'm going to provide temporary hosting for the maps on my own server for a while.

**WARNINGS**

DO NOT download more than one file at a time!
DO NOT open these files directly - ONLY DOWNLOAD THEM ONCE and SAVE THEM TO YOUR COMPUTER!
I only have a 512 kbps upstream, which means the best transfer you'll get is ~50 kB/s, meaning it will take about a minute to download each of the 2MB ones.

If I see my server getting overrun, or if I see too many people downloading the files multiple times, I will remove the files.

World Map (2.13 MB) - the full world map
Pre-Searing Ascalon (378 KB) - full map of the Kingdom of Ascalon, before the Searing
Minimaps (2.68 MB) - the world map split into miniature maps of each region
Elite Skills Maps (2.69 MB) - minimaps of the Crystal desert, S.Shiverpeaks, and Ring of Fire showing elite skill capture locations

If you're referring to the fact that the old GvG arenas (the Crag and so on) are still there, yeah, that is a little confusing. I've had to set more than one "OMGWTF HOW DO I GET TO TEH DEVRANI ARNEA!!!!1" straight.

Is there a clean version of the SF map anywhere? Gameamp's legends aren't exactly correct or complet, and I'd like to start a new annotation from scratch for the use of GuildWiki...

i havent seen any guild hall maps but it wouldnt be too hard.... you can take screenshots of the mini map in observer mode for that (i actually did that for a few a while back if i can find them)
